So I got to target with slimming world (10st2) in nov 2013. I then got married and came back off honeymoon a shocking 11 stone (nope no 4 week round the world trip just 2 weeks away!) I found out I was pregnant less than a week after we got home. So I went wild! Weighed in at the hospital at about 17 1/2 stone! I gave birth to my amazing daughter in august and pretty much immediately went down to 14 1/2 stone. Kept loosing 1/2 a stone every 3 days...I was carrying a LOT of water! And she was a big girl!
I got down to 14 stone by cutting out 2nd breakfast (I got too hungry whilst pregnant!) and started sw at home (too embarrassed to go back to group quite yet) 2 weeks ago. I had my first weigh in on Monday (I am just weighing myself 2 weekly ish) and I had lost 8lbs! Very pleased with that.
This will probably be a mix of rambling and a food diary!
I have been 100% on plan with no more than 10 syns a day (most days being under 5) for over a week. I broke today. 2 days on the run I have been trying to get 1hr to myself to just chill out and time just runs away with me! So I am having a night off. My husband has taken the baby (he's just downstairs and I'm lying on my bed with a glass of wine ? and we are having a takeaway tonight. I don't fancy Chinese or Indian and am toying with pizza or kebab. I figure kebab to be the better choice sw wise (as pizza is usually a large dominos!) so I'll be having a chicken kebab with cheesy chips and garlic mayo and a bottle of wine. I might even have chocolate aswell.
