Starting Again

Hi all
I'm new to this but not unused to dieting. After losing all control of my eating I am now bigger than I have ever been. I have gained 4 stone in less than 12months but I'm back in control. Its time for me to take responsibility for my eating and stop making excuses. I'm hoping to find some inspiration on my journey right here with you guys and maybe offering some when needed
