Starting back after the holidays

Wishing everybody a happier, healthier, wealthier and slimmer new year. Have just amended all my details as I am starting back today. Over the gall bladder op and raring to go. Put on about 5lb since end of November but it is a long way till next xmas I have also changed my goal I now want to get to 9 1/2 stone so 3 stone left to shift.

hi nice to here the op went ok 5lb is not really anything to worry about i'm sure you know that it will probably be gone in the first week

I am hoping to have shifted the weight by the end of March, starting today has felt like coming home. Just hope the motivation stays.

Welcome back hun and glad to see ya have recovered after your operation!! 5lb is not that bad and ya will lose that within a week so lots of gud luck with it. Happy new year to ya too and gud to see your return.
