Starting in the Morning!!

I am starting slimfast in the morning!!

I'm actually using the tesco stuff.
Looked at calorie content and its pretty similar to slimfast but a lot cheaper.

Any words of advice?

I'm new to this dieting thing. I have always been a healthy weight without the need to diet. But I have spent 6 months in a leg cast unable to walk and my weight has ballooned. anyway I am getting back into excersise and should start to get back to my normal self.

I get the tescos shakes, the strawberry one is my fave it's yummy! I am going to buy the hot choc powder they do when I go shopping see how that tastes.

i am on the tesco shakes and i love them i have 1 for brekkie 1 for lunch and a meal at night i am having 1200 calories a day i have found it so easy and they are soo yummy i have lost 8 pounds so far i am on week 3 so i am pleased i weigh my self every tuesday morning im lovin doing this meal replaceent it suits me :D good luck with yours

Hi, i prefer the tesco bars, im not a milkshake fans at the best of times tbh!

I've just done my first day, and i found it to be ok! whenever you feel hungry just think, is it worth eating and risk not losing the weight, or can you actually hang on till your next meal/snack is due? of do something to take your mind off it such as ringing a friend for chat or i find having a diet fizzy drink helps. i actually think this is a diet i will be able to stick to!

i've just bought one pot of the powder shake, but from what everyone is saying about the ultra slim i think i'll buy that instead!

weighed myself this morning after a day, says i've lost5lbs, but im not getting my hopes up for when i get my weekly weigh in but we shall see! :)

hey there, i am starting day 1 tomorrow, lets buddy up, i have over 5 stone to lose, need to start exercising as well, i am gonna be stocking up on ready meals for evening dinner as i am useless with portion control and working out calories, so this way it is all done for me...xx

Oh my goodness, how fantastic for you, I am pretty low today, my first weigh in is tomorrow and I know I haven’t lost any, I don’t know why as have been really good apart from of course at the weekend, but even still, I haven’t exercised as I am feeling poorly to be fair, achey, sore throat, very, very tired, getting home and sleeping every evening….am really gonna push tonight though and aim aiming to have done the cross trainer 4 times between today and next Monday which is the bank holiday…..and hopefully things will move faster…will update with weight tomorrow morning though…
