Hi All. Starting the Nupo vlcd today. Am optimistic(or delusional!)
Anyone else on Nupo?

Ive never heard of Nupo so I did a quick google and it seems to be a Danish product. pretty much like Exante with shakes and bars. Im sure it will be fantastic, if you can do that type of diet. I tried and couldn't so hats off to you! I do like the replacement meal shakes though and I have one for breakfast every day. At the very least you know you will get a third of your days nutrition from each of them. I don't think there is a specific Nupo forum here.
