After one of the worst years of my life, I've finally decided to give myself a kick and get back to Atkins! I went through a bad break-up and a serious bout of depression which just saw my weight soar, I'm now the heaviest I've been in 10 years
I was off work for 6 months and I just feel like I hit rock bottom. But it's often said that sometimes you need to hit the bottom to start pulling yourself up again! So I've gone back to work, and today I started back at Atkins, albeit this time as a veggie (one of the fish-eating ones though!) I feel very positive about it and just went and did my shopping to get all my cupboards in order, although I think I'm going to have to dig out my books again cos there's quite a few things I'm a bit sketchy on after so long.
So, my plan is to get my diet underway, get my last minute Uni application in for October...and next stop...quit smoking! One thing at a time though
