I am starting next wednesday. I am starting no carbs today as I cant get to my CDC until next week so getting into it with my water intake etc so hopefully next week wont be a huge shock. I found water was the key for me too and planning was a big thing. Planning for social events making sure I can choose wisely at wherever we were going to stay on plan. I am restarting after having my son and now back at work so can be disaplined once again instead of meeting the girs for cake and picnics lol.
Good luck hun its hard but so worth it. Looking back at pics before I got pregnant is helping me forward! xxx
