Hi Marie, Great that you have decided to get to grips with losing the extra pounds! Altho' I'm not doing the SW diet just joining this forum has been an inspiration to me - and keeps me out of mischief, especially in the evenings when the nibbles begin to attack.
I'm fairly new to SW too, it all sounded so complicated before I started (even though I'd been reading about it online for months!) but after going to group for the first time last week it didn't seem quite so confusing and I'm really enjoying it so far.

well went to my first meeting last night and it was very positive so cant wait to get started. Totally agree about planning ahead , i wanted to wait until i went along to the meeting and got a list of foods and recipes that would help me, so off to the supermarket i go to stock up lol
was reading in my book that a chinese dish that i love is 5 syns, i really dont know if i could order this dish as id feel so guilty at the fact its a take away, any1 else the same ???? lol lol xxx
Hi Marie and welcome. You will find once you get into S W that you will be cooking everything from scratch, there are so many wonderful recipes on here, that you wont want the takeaways anymore. Most of the recipes are syn free or very low syns. You have started a very good slimming plan, S W is so good. You will be amazed at the weight loss. Good luck
