Starting the diet tomorrow!

    I finally got round to seeing a cdc. I'm starting tomorrow and I'm excited and I just hope this is the right thing I'm doing as I don't want to put on weight when I finish the plan. :)

    you will be fine im sure if you stick with the plans then maintenance good luck with your journey and i will make a point of coming onto the thread and having a look at how your doing take care xxxx i am on day three today and it does get easier honestly it does x

    Hi you are totally doing the right thing. I lost 2 stone with cambridge earlier this year (took me just 2 months!). Have been eating again for 2 months - very naughtly did not go up the steps but have only put on 2 pounds! Now thinking of rejoining to lose a little more.:)

    Hi - and good luck tomorrow - ive started today and not feeling too bad so far.. i think the trick to these types of diets is that you need to be in the right frame of mind to start such a strict diet and be determined that nothing will get in your way - if you can do this then you will lose weight...
