A little over a year, though I had my naughty nights out and takeaways so I'm sure it would of been a lot quicker if I had been an angel

I thought I would add my stats when I started my weight loss journey 5 years ago -

Sw 12 st 5lbs down to my GW of 10 st...Put on 7lbs...Fell ill and weight 8 st...Got back up to 9 st..piled on the weight until 10st 7lbs.

And now my ultimate GW around the 9st - 9 st 4lbs area..healthy weight with some room for gain if I do no drama!

Started 27st 9lb, as of this morning I am 22st 9.5lb. That wil increase considerably from tomorrow as I am off on holiday
