Blue dragon black bean stir in sauce is really nice with beef and broccoli and is 5.5 per sachet with actually serves 2.

I make my own sarah with the following, pretty easy and low syned

Tablespoon of soya sauce
Teaspoon of Lea & Perrins
Teaspoon of Lemon Juice
Teaspoon of Golden Syrup (2.5syns)
Teaspoon of your favourite spice ( i use chines 5 spice)
salt and pepper

i have the blue dragon sauce too (share it among two people), there are several flavours and i love it with my stir fry. noodles..mushrooms..peppers...etc

beware with the blue dragon sauces some are really high, i think the black bean is the lowest, i made the mistake of thinking they'd all be about the same and one was about 20syns!!!

There is a free one I make which is:

Dark Soy Sauce
Fish Sauce
Oyster Sauce

Mix in with your veg etc and garlic and its really nice... can't remember the exact quantities but its from a SW magazine so can dig my recipe out if anyone is interested?!

Serves 4

6 Spring onions
4 Garlic cloves
1 Red Chilli

7oz/198g Shitake or Chestnut Mushrooms
220g can water chestnuts
220g can bamboo shoots
2 heads pak choi
1 red pepper
3tbsp dark soy sauce
1tsp fish sauce
1tbsp oyster sauce
fry lite

I've played about with the ingredients, added meat on a red day etc but its really tasty..

Gonna have to give this a try thankyou for posting. But being a Male i havent a clue what or where to find some of these so could you kindly point me in the right direction for these please.

the mushrooms, pak choi(look like romaine lettuce??) should be in veg aisle and should be able to get others in aisle with stir fry sauces/cook in sauces etc:)

220g can water chestnuts - either in the tinned veg aisle OR the 'foods of the world' aisle depending on the supermarket
220g can bamboo shoots as above
2 heads pak choi (WHAT R THESE?) in the fresh veg aisle, they kind of look like small cabbages for want of a better description lol!
1tsp fish sauce up the 'oriental/food of the world aisle
1tbsp oyster sauce as above
