Hi everyone, just to let you know I've been doing some shopping to help keep me going when I get started. Pound stretcher have Ribena plus red apple cartons 6 for 69p and a bottle of diluted red apple for 99p. And asda have there own coke zero 12 for 2.50

I looked on the cartons and they don't have citric acid so thought it would be ok?

When I purchased the ready made plus, I looked at the nutritional info and the carbs were quite high.

All I know is slim & save said that 1lt made up was acceptable per day.
