    I'm struggling today, big time. I havnt gone off the rails, and probably wont to be honest, but I just want to eat constantly. Ive already devoured some grapes and a sachet of Balchelors Pasta in Sauce and now im looking for something else! Rarr! What can I do to satisfy my cravings? Help! x

    I get days like that, just make sure you eat free foods, and get some vegetables in there somewhere! Have you got any diet drinks, the gas might fill you up a bit.

    when i'm feeling like that i have a hot cup of tea. find it helps with it for a while. not sure why! or what about a yoghurt?

    Just feel like eating comfort food for some reason lol. Star week is due any minute now so guessing its down to that!

    To be honest, if you are really hungry, eat! I wouldn't say you've eaten very much today...its 12pm. You could class what you've eaten as your breakfast and its lunchtime now! So eat eat eat!!
    All I would say is eat something more substantial if you are hungry.
    Maybe a large jacket spud with beans and he a worth of cheese or a large plate of delicious roasted veg with some cous cous.....just eat!!
