I get days like that, just make sure you eat free foods, and get some vegetables in there somewhere! Have you got any diet drinks, the gas might fill you up a bit.

To be honest, if you are really hungry, eat! I wouldn't say you've eaten very much today...its 12pm. You could class what you've eaten as your breakfast and its lunchtime now! So eat eat eat!!
All I would say is eat something more substantial if you are hungry.
Maybe a large jacket spud with beans and he a worth of cheese or a large plate of delicious roasted veg with some cous cous.....just eat!!
