How do the subway salads work syn wise?

I believe as long as you have no dressing an syn free meat I.e nothing in sauce then they should be free an most low far dressings are free

These are the subway salads that are free as long as you have no dressing or cheese: Ham Salad, Beef Salad, Turkey Breast Salad, Veggie Delite Salad, Chicken Tikka Salad, Chicken Breast Salad, Chicken Teriyaki Salad, Turkey Breast & Ham Salad.
Honey Mustard and Sweet Onion Dressing are the lowest syn values at 1.5 per serving. But ranch & BBQ are not much different at 2 syns. I'd definitely recommend sweet onion, it's lovely! I usually have it with Chicken Teriyaki! Hope that helps - Subway, KFC Pulled Chicken Rice Box or Spud-u-like are usually my go to take out/fast food options but Subway is definitely my favourite & packed fully of tasty speed foods x
