    Hey guys

    Anyone know how many syns it is fot the teriyaki ckicken from subway?? i had a salad from there yesterday with that on and i am struglin to find out how to syn it :confused:

    Also does anyone know whats the best meat from subway to have on a salad form there?? they r sooo yummy and fresh and well worth £3.99 :)

    OMG that is terribly high. not being funny but I would rather not wast 18 syns on that. But thats my personal choice :D

    Yes that syn value is for the bread as well so will be less syns if it was just the chicken on a salad. :)

    hey , yeh i am still none the wiser on this subject i am afraid...thanks for all ur help but i did just have a salad and NOT the bread even im not crazy enough to use up that many syns on a sandwhich lol

    I think it depends on the diet. Theya re low fat, and relatively low calories. They are very low, for eating out, on WW points.

    What about all the sauces etc. - I could happily have the salad and meat (without bread) but not sure if any of the sauces are SW friendly.

    So I'd end up just making my own chicken salad with fat-free dressing! Am I destined to ever eat out again?
