Its abit different if im right in guessing that you have 1/3 of plate of red/green or mixed and 2/3 of superfree food and i think its 3 meals and i think still 2 hex a's and b's and i think inbetween its superfree

Just don't confuse superfree with speed foods, like I did! Superfree is food free on both plans

I like the sound of this but it sounds difficult! Has anyone got a week plan that they have done on SE?

It is easy to follow but you can get a bit hungry, have lots of fruit and eggs in the house to snack on!!

There is a 7 day success express plan on the SW website which I have followed before. You don't have to do SE for the full week though, you can do a few days or even just the odd day of it.

Do you have to be a member to find the SE meals online? I have looked but can only find the free 7 day trial plan.

First go to Useful features. Then on "search' put 'success express" and you'll see "Get that Success Express". There is Success Express reminder and plan.
