Hi Gypsi,

The basis of SE is that you have 3 meals a day and at each meal you fill your plate with as follows; 1 third free food on Green or red (or both) and the rest superfree foods. You still have your A & B choices as normal and your Syns. By filling the largest part of your plate with Superfree foods, your cutting your calorie intake even further, so your weight loss should speed even more.
