i might be wrong but superspeed foods are the free foods that are higher in fibre etc that will give u a better weight loss!!
e.g on green plans pasta is free but beans mushy peas etc are superspeed so they will - well speed things up again!
on red, lean red meat is free, lean chicken, and fish are superspeed,
so when you look thru ur book and you see S and SS next to free foods thats speed and superspeed you will see this on red and green pages!!
