sushi

I hope someone can help me, i'm really confused, it appears that if you make sushi from scratch at home it is syn free but if you eat out it has syns in it. I don't understand how a nigiri for example, which has raw salmon and sushi rice could have syns in it, where are the syns coming from? and does anyone know what the syn values are?

Thanks

This is because when EE was introduced SW said everyone had to take the lowest syn value of the red/green days. On a green day they syn the fish, on a red day they syn the rice

Occasionally some sushi may contain mayo and sesame seeds, but if you KNOW that it is just rice and fish, it is free on EE
