SW Newbie - Sort of!

Hi guys :wave_cry:

Just wondering if anyone has any tips for sticking to sw? I done it for 6/7 weeks from home + lost almost a stone! But im now totally not motivated! I think going to the classes might help, but I don't feel comfertable in groups so haven't done this yet!

I have been working loads, so breakfast has been missed, & lunch has been a sandwich from the shops! I know not what I should be doing on SW!!


Does anyone have any tips to get me back on track?
 
Hey hey

I am on my 5th week, lasted 2 in January so am very surprised! I am a bit demotivated this week but I do go to a class every sat morning, dread it as my losses have been very small but I enjoy the support I get there.
I actually have a laugh and leave motivated but its so so hard!!
Even just talking to people on here has helped a lot xx
