Hi everyone my name is Sally and I'm doing SW at home. I've been a lurker for a while but thought it was time to say Hi!

I work for Mencap Pathway supporting adults with Learning Disabilities in their daily lives, I have 1 husband ;-) 3 children 21,18 and 13 and 4 dogs

Looking forward to getting to know everyone better I think you are all fantastic for posting your diaries, recipes and tips!
