I am having SW roasties today.

The way I do them is similar to SW chips.
I par boil the potatoes. then shake them up to rough them a bit. Spray with fry light, add, salt and add pop them next to the roast to brown up.
They are yum!

I make mine by peeling potatoes, cutting into even size pieces, add to a saucepan and cover with water boiled in kettle, simmer for ~10 mins, drain, return to pan, put the lid on and shake the pan until the edges of the potatoes are roughed up. Spray a baking tray with olive oil fry light, put the potatoes on the tray, spay with more fry light and put into a hot oven ~210C until they are cooked ~45mins.

As above posts but I mix a bit of soy sauce and a disolved knorr stock cube (made quite concentrated) together and coat the spuds in that before roasting, it gives them a bit more flavour.
