Sw website tips

I'm assuming you mean the SW website (not this one). When I was a member I thought the on-line food diary a real boon. Log everything you eat, or plan to eat and it does all the work for you.

Sorry for intruding, thanks for posting, i'm looking for the same... I wish the SW app was a bit more useful... Good luck with your 1st WI :)
