C Circes Strutting her stuff 7 February 2011 #7 HEAs are for calcium but there is not enough in the soft cheese for it to count. It is a HEB on green for its protein content. The HEA choices are milk and cheese (hard) as well as some cheese spreads like Dairylea or Laughing Cow. Hope that helps.
