Sweet potato package fries

I know that sweet potato are free but are the sweet potatoes that are sold as fries ok and if not how many syns . I bought them in aldi

I bet they have oil in them so I'd say unlikely?

I make my own with chopped up (er) sweet potato, spiced, fry light and bung in oven for 30mins. Free!

Yah I do that as well but you know yourself it's handy having the frozen ones. But if I have to syn them I'll think twice about if the next time. Thanks.
