sweeteners!!

can anyone explain how come sweetener in tablet form not effect ketones but in granule form it does?
im really confused x x

My pharmacist told me that they are mied with sugar to make them porable and spoonable

still the same answer as above but makes me feel useful instead of being needy all the time LOL
