Hi, I joined ww and had a good loss first week but second wi and i found i had a 2lb gain!! leader did not seem bothered at all about it and was more concerned about me taking time up asking him for ideas etc as to why it may have happened, i understand that he did have to get everyone weighed in but surely a couple of minutes could have been spared! Anyway i decided to join sw the week after and so pleased i did , the consultant is fantastic, the group are lovely and helpful and last night at my first weeks wi i had lost 4.5lb :D:D
Im not slagging off ww as i have lost weight in the past doing the diet but the difference in the groups is unreal. sw is so so motivating and I enjoyed every meal i ate and didnt feel hungry once!!

Well Done thats a fabbie loss and I agree that SW is a really good healthy eating plan (Though i've not done WW so can't say how it comapres to SW) :) Good Luck with your next weigh in :D

Well done that's fab! I've done ww in the past and whilst it does work, I think sw is much easier to follow. Brilliant loss hun, glad you've found a nice group as well the support can make all the difference! X

Hi there, well done on your loss up to now. I haven't done WW either, but I know people who have and it seems quite restricting, but like I say, iv not done it, so cant comment. SW is fab tho cos you can have more or less what you want, in moderation of course, or just with a tiny tweek here and there, lol.
