Syn free condiments

I! I am sure I have read somewhere a recipe for syn free Mayo and now I can't find it! Would like to whizz up some sauces to leave in the fridge especially as it's barby season!

Anyone have any to share?

I always use fromage frais instead of mayo, I convince myself it's a bit like sour cream

Ha ha and is it? I am sure I saw a recipe somewhere! I'll keep digging and pass it on! Going to do the prawn cocktail sauce in the magazine! That looks really nice!

I dont know the mayo one, but on this forum there is a syn free bbq sauce. You can also make syn free ketchup by mixing passata, vinegar and sweetener apparently.
Of course there is also tzatsiki which is a personally bbq fave for me, just natural yoghurt, cucumber and garlic
