Syn free hummus

Hi all,
I have just tried Syn-free hummus and its amazing! Having it as a snack with sticks of celery yum yum!
I'd definately recommend it if you're a fan of hummus!

Oooo I LOVE hummus!

I do indeed

It was one tin of chickpeas (keeping a bit of the water they come in but draining rest out)
The juice of 1 lemon
1 clove of garlic (I put in two and it was a little too strong hehe)
Salt
A couple of shakes of paprika

Everything just shoved in a food processor and whizzed up. After that just taste it and adjust measurements to your own taste
Its delicious!

If you don't mind synning it add a bit of tahini paste and it'll taste even better!

Yes Hun just the ones in a jar! Whack them in with the rest of the ingredients in the food processor and it gives it a lovely little kick

Just tried this with roasted red pepper - was lush!!! Even husband had some for lunch....although he did tell me he likes subway sandwiches too!!!
