You will need a make-your-own-microwave-crisps gadget for this although I have done them flat on a microwave mesh, you get better results from a "crisp maker". Just google "microwave crisp maker" to see the type of thing.

Use a mandoline to get very thin slices of potato. Slot them into the ring, (I only do one slice every 2 spaces, as they do move when cooking) then spray with Frylight, then again, VERY LIGHTLY (unless you are happy with blow the roof of your mouth off hot!) with Frylight Chilli, then with a pinch of sweetener, then cook for around 4 - 5 mins on full power. My microwave is 800E and it takes 4 and a half minutes. Watch them closely, as they can burn very quickly indeed. They taste of just a hint of chilli sweetness, which you can vary to taste.

I've also used plain salt, a pinch of crumbled chicken stock cube, & onion salt to make other flavours.
