Syn Help please Morrisons Pasta Sauce

New to this site so apologies if I can find this somewhere ( I have searched).
Could anyone tell me the syn value of Morrisons Eat Smart 40% Less fat Pasta Sauce on a green day.
The Jar is 500g and it says per 100g 33kcal fat 1g (0.1 saturated) protein 1.3g carbs 4.8 (4.2 sugars) fibre 3.8.

Just ran it through the syn calculator, the whole jar would be 8 syns, so not too bad, especially if you're not planning to eat the whole lot in one sitting!

If its tomato based and you can use the free food as tomato then it comes out free But not sure if this type of food has a free food allowance

Ignore the above you can not use free food for pasta sauce (

I think 1/4 of the jar would be fine so 2 syns happy days.
