Syn Value for Pasta and Sauce Good for you

can anyone tell me the syn value of Asda's Good for you Carbonarra and ham pasta and sauce?

I had this at the weekend. It's new and not on the website yet. I put it down as syn free as most pasta and sauces are and this was made with water instead of milk.

Yeah I doubt if it's higher than half a syn.

i love this stuff got addicted to it when it was about 70p for one then was in asda the other week and it was now 3 for a pound! bought loadz! duno if the offers still on must check that out lol
