Syn value help please

Would anyone be kind enought to give me the syn value for tesco healthy living mandarin cheesecake please? Or point me in the direction if a calculator I could use?

I'm craving a cheesecake fix!!

Hi traceybubbles i've found a light choices one on the online syns
twin pack frozen 95g each 9.5 syns on all plans or 500g pack 6 portion frozen per serving 8.5 on all plans

You can work them out yourself using 1 syn for every 20 calories as there is no free food allowance involved.

Only for foods where there is no free food involved - so snacks, soups, sauces, drinks etc

with the 20 calories/free foods thing; how can you tell when foods are counted as free? With the cheesecake for example, there's cheese involved, but that doesn't count towards a HE. So does an ingredient ever count in prepacked food or only if you bake it yourself?

Cakes and biscuits don't qualify for a free food allowance even if they have free foods in them, so you can just use the 20 calorie rule for that. And yes prepacked food can have an allowance where the main ingredient is a free food - say a ready meal where the main ingredient was pasta.
