I've restarted today and will need a daily treat so I got a pack of individual cadburys time out bars. Each has 85 cals, protein-1.1g
carb-9.2g
fat-4.8g
(of which saturates-3.1g)
fibre-0.2g.

you dont mention any weights of bars!
Online synds gives:

Time Out, 16g bar 4½ all plans
Time Out, 32g bar 8½ all plans

Time Out, 16g bar- 4.5 syns on all plans.

To help you along, for things like chocolate and sweets that don't contain any free food, you can use 20 cals = 1 syn to give you a best estimate.
