syn value help plz for sweeties?

im trying really hard to stay on track, and i know that if i can find a good sweet treat for the evenings that i will be ok. so does any body know the points value of a packet of millions sweets, the average pack? and any other low syn sweets i could have?

You can work out the syns in sweets using 1 syn for every 20 calories so it's pretty easy to check while you are shopping.
