Syn value help

Does anyone know the syn value of Asda Pasta Sauce Tomato and Chunky Vegetable in a jar?
My husband and I are in week 3 and we have both lose about 8lbs but I think I might have stuffed up as we have just had it with some pasta and I think we might have over done it on the syns oops!
