Syn value in a boots sweet chilli wrap? please

Hi,can anyone please tell me the syn value of a boots shapers sweet chilli wrap?
the values are per 100g are 193 calories protein 12g, carb 30g ,fat 2.4g, fibre 0.8g,
and the wrap weighs 162g.

per wrap info (not sure which is needed) 305 cals,protein 19g,carb48g,fat 3.8g,fibre 1.3g.

If any one knows or is kind enough to work it out its much appriciated.

Also im sure the calories in this used to be 295 instead of 305?

on the rule of thumb that 20g = 1syn then it should work out at just over 15syns xx

It was a sweet chiili chicken wrap,suppose it dosent make any odds! i just missed the chicken off when listing it!

Yeah you don't get any free food in sandwiches/wraps. The only thing you can allow for is if you have one made out of wholemeal bread you can use as 6 syns of it as a HEX. But thats only wholemeal (not granary/seeded etc) and no wraps count.
