Packet Rice - Uncle Bens or Tilde or any others???
Hi I have just started the slimming world and we're trying a curry tonight, I have had to improvise as I still don't have all the ingredients
. Just wanted to ask all you experts which packet rice contains the least syns, I have most of the Uncle Ben's and some tilde and also tesco easy cook brown rice.
