I am new to MiniMins and hoping someone can help - you all seem like a pretty friendly and knowledgable bunch! I can't find the syn value of fresh/grated horseradish on the slimming world website. I know the stuff in jars has a syn value but am guessing the fresh stuff would be free? It's a root, a bit like ginger, which you grate. Does anyone know?!
