    Hi

Just wondered if someone can help me out with syn value on a new cheese I bought.
Its Wyke Farms Super Light Somerset Mature Cheddar
    Values per 100g are 280kcal, 30.3g protein, 16.8g fat

    Many thanks in advance

Its just low fat cheddar, so 42g is a HEXA or 6 syns. 28g is 4 syns.

Fraid not :( 100g is 280 calories, so at 1 syn per 20 calories that's 14 syns per 100g, which works out at 3.92 syns for 28g which is the same as low fat cheddar ie 4 syns.
