Hi
does anyone know the syn value of Campbells cup soup potato and leek. They say less than 100 calories (98 calories)

Ready made soups do not qualify for a free food allowance so it will be a straight 1 syn for every 20 calories - so 5 syns for whatever amount the nutritional information is for.
