Syn value

Hi there,

New to slimming world and have a few things in to use that I can't find the syn value of.

Does anyone know the syns on Icelands own berry yoghurts? Tescos macaroni cheese pasta n sauce ? Or the cheese and pancetta pasta n sauce ?

Hi, I can only find this one: Iceland Fat Free Yogurt, Strawberry (450g pot), which is 6 syns per pot. Tesco Pasta in Sauce, Macaroni Cheese, made up as directed, excluding butter (120g pack) is 4.5 syns. Batchelors Pasta n Sauce Smoky Cheese & Pancetta, dried (110g pack) is 2 syns. Hope this helps
