Hi I'm new to this forum & have found all your advise a real help. Would anyone know p!ease how many syns are in Lidl freeway Morello cherry drink?

Hi Jessie, can't find the syn value for this product on the SW website. I would suggest you use the 20 cals = 1 syn rule in this case
