Syn values please?

    Hi
    Can anyone tell me the syns in Tesco Spicy couscous [chilled pot not dried] and Baxters deli inspired Sweet potato & chana dahl lentils with chickpeas? Im veggie so its green values please?Thanks!

    Hi just had a look for you can't find spicy cous cous is that what its called? there is a few listed for tesco but not spicy, and as for the baxters that one is not listed either.......

    did you have any luck with this?? I'd like to know the syn values for the Baxter's deli inspired pots too!!

    The baxters deli's will be 1 syn for every 20 calories, as ready made soup doesnt qualify for any free food allowance.

    the spicy cous cous salad is 10 syns on extra easy or green for the 250g pack

    what about the deli soups that have the pasta in though, wouldn't the pasta still be free??

    no unfortunately not, ready made soups regardless of having free ingredients in them, do not qualify for any free food allowance.

    aww, wishful thinking!! thanks though! :) any idea why some of the healthy choice baxters ones are allowed as a healthy extra B? whats the difference between those and other ready made soups?
