Syn value needed on 4 items!!

Hi there! Can anyone tell me the syn value for a few items if possible!

Brooklea vanilla you pot 175g (have seen this many posts but getting conflicting syn values)

coke zero

Stevia sweetener (I think is free but just double checking)

tesco long grain rice

Taken from the Slimming world app:

Brooklea Light Fat Free Vanilla Yoghurt (175g) - Free
Brooklea Fat Free Vanilla Yoghurt (450g) - 8.5

Conflicting info seems to come from if it's light fat free or just fat free. From the looks of things if it's light and fat free it's syn free. I've guessing the fat free must have a lot more sugar than the light fat free. So stick with the light option and you're good to go

Thanks for the reply, just had a look and I've got the light one and it does also mention fat free too! Woop!
