Syn values

Anyone know the syns in Sharwoods Biryani cooking sauce (the coconut and curry leaf variety). I have 2 in the cupboard from pre-slimming world and would like to use them up if they aren't too extortionate!!
Also I have a tin of Morrision's Moroccan style chicken soup lurking in the back of the cupboard too. Anyone know the syn value of that one too?

Typical! lol. They aren't in my food directory. I suspect that the curry sauce is quite high (might have to use the 1 syn per 20 calorie way of working that one out) but not sure about the soup which looks delicous - I'd love to eat it for lunch today but daren't until I know!!
