Hi guys

I did put this post on Syn Treats but no one has replied, maybe I put it in the wrong place. I just wanted to know if anyone knows the syns in a Mini Twister and a King Prawn Chow Mein?

Also does anyone know why there are 8 syns in a tin of Heinz Lentil soup when lentils are free on a green day. I had this for lunch without checking the syns first.

Hope someone can help me

Thanks Piglet

Thanks zenabob2105

I never thought it would have all that in it . I think I had better make my own version, then its only 1 syn per portion. What a waste of syns!

The king prawn chow mein is just a take away job. Its what I always had when I was doing WW but I haven't been able to find the syns anywhere. Do you think I can use the same syn value they say for a chicken chow mein?

Hi, can anyone tell me how many syns in a Sainsbury's chicken jalfrezi? It used to be free in the good old days but I know it has syns now, just can't remember how many. Thank you.

Hi Guys
Can someone help me out please with the syn value of a 35g packet of 'Schwartz Moroccan lamb casserole'. I'm new to SW and as funds are low (as always) I'm trying to go it alone, I have got a syn value book but its a couple of years old now which is why I keep pestering all of you. Hope you don't mind
Thanks loads
Piglet x

Could someone please tell me if i can count philadelphia extra light soft cheese as a healthy extra?

I've been counting it as syns, as it's not listed in the healthy extras - but all sorts of other cheeses are, including other low fat soft cheeses! :(

Thats fab Hopefulbigchap and thanks for coming back so quickly, now I can sort out tonights dinner! Px

Sorry Beki I tried to look it up but got nowhere fast but you get 28g of philly for 1½syns and 1 laughing cow light tri (not the extra light) is also 1½syns but that only weights 17½g and you can have 5 of them as an healthy extra so you must be able to count it as a HE I think. Hope that was of some help.

Philadelphia is a soft cheese, so can have 42g full fat, 57g medium fat (light) or 85g low fat (extra light) as HEX B, not A.:)

That's lovely - am v. pleased :D thanks! xxxx
