Just fell for the lure of the milk chocolate hob nobs and had 2!

a rep brought them in on Friday a whole tube i gave them the girls in the office so I am quite proud of myself because pre LT and SW i wouldve scoffed the lot with a cuppa

I am at work cant get on SW website (tho weirdly i can get in here!) can anyone tell me how many syns i have just munched ! i am on a green day incase this makes a difference. No rush cos i have munched them anyway!

Thanks hopefulbigchap! I don't suppose you know how many syns the Cathedral City Lighter 30% less fat cheese is. Sorry to be a pain and keep asking but I'm going it alone with an old book and it doesn't have it in there. .....someone mentioned having cheese on toast as a good way of using your HEX a & b but better not start on the cheese without knowing even if it is the lighter version.

Are they free on green? I have just eaten a whole jar! Not sure if I'm more worried about the potential syn consumption or the fact that I crave pickled onions when I'm pregnant... x
