Fruit shortcake biscuits are 2 syns each.
Light Rich Tea Biscuits are 2syns each.
Ovaltine light 4 heaped tsp 3.5syns. or 25g sachet 5syns.
With the Alpen bars you can have 2 Alpen light bars as HXB or 3syns each.

And Aldi packs of noodles (like Batchelor's supernoodles) brand is 'Jade' - anyone know the syns in these please? Also in the rice and pasta and sauce? Trying to shop in cheaper places with the credit crunch and all....it's hard finding syns out for these cheaper brands though! Many thanks!

Yes I meant Aldi's own sorry I wasn't very clear was I?! Hmm looking at the syns in the noodles looks like I'll have to go to a Tesco or somewhere as well as Aldi!! Ah well might save a bit on fruit, veg and meat at least! Thanks again!

Can anyone tell me syn value for; Asda good for you baked sea salt and vinegar snacks. A crisp with following values...
per 100g 368kcal, protein 9.1g, carb 79g, fat 1.8g. A portion is 12g.
