Does anybody know how many syns are in the weightwatchers sauces in the jars?

They are all different - if you tell me which flavour I will look it up for you :D

On Red day or EE: Lincolnshire are half each, pork are free

(Tell us if they are nice- I may buy some!)

x
The lincolshires are nice, that's the only ones I have tried. The only thing I about them is they are a little dry due to the lack of fat but they taste yummy

tried the pork, not really impresed. Think ill stick to my local butchers ones and takes mi chances

theres no substitute for proper food.
